🧭 The role
As a King Air First Officer, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and professional IFR operations. You’ll take an active role in flight planning, execution, and post‑flight duties while applying disciplined SOPs, strong situational awareness, and excellent crew resource management.
- Execute preflight planning, weather/NOTAM review, performance and weight & balance calculations.
- Conduct thorough preflight inspections and ensure aircraft documentation is current and complete.
- Manage FMS setup, checklist discipline, and radio/navigation duties in all phases of flight.
- Support abnormal and emergency procedures in accordance with SOPs and the Captain’s direction.
- Provide professional client/passenger interaction and maintain a tidy, mission‑ready cabin and cockpit.
- Complete accurate journey logs and operational reports; assist with ground/line support as required.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 250 hours+
- Licence: TCCA CPL with IR and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: Not required — training provided
- Open to: Holders of valid TCCA licences

- A valid driver’s licence
- A valid passport (mandatory) and ability to travel as required
- Ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a two‑crew team
- Meets the physical demands of the role, including bending, climbing, and lifting
- Meets all pre‑employment drug & alcohol testing requirements
- Visa sponsorship is not available
🎓 Training & progression
Non‑type rated candidates are welcome. You’ll receive structured King Air ground school, systems, and SOP training, followed by supervised line flying and ongoing proficiency checks. Demonstrated performance can lead to increased responsibilities and future upgrade opportunities.
