As PC-24 Captain, you’ll lead safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations, leveraging the PC-24’s short-field and versatile performance. You’ll set the tone for safety and service, mentor crew, and uphold the highest standards in SOPs, CRM, and regulatory compliance.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Plan and execute flights to the highest safety standards, including performance, fuel, and weather analysis.
• Operate the PC-24 to company SOPs, applying sound judgement and exemplary airmanship in all environments.
• Lead effective CRM, ensuring clear communication and coordination with crew, dispatch, and maintenance.
• Deliver a polished passenger experience, with smooth handling, punctuality, and discretion.
• Maintain records, currency, and training requirements; support SMS and continuous improvement initiatives.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

• Type rating: PC-24 required (Type-Rated)
• Experience: 3–5 years of aviation experience
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test

🌟 Flight experience minimums

• Total time: 2,000 hours
• In type (PC-24): 100 hours
• Multi-engine: 500 hours
• Jet: 500 hours

📜 Licenses, training & compliance

• License required: CPL, IR, ME
• Open to license holders: FAA
• Last flight / recency: PC-24 simulator-based training completed within the last 12 months
• Medical: Class 2
