As a key member of our Flight Operations team, the First Officer will report to the Director, Flight Operations and be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our Beechcraft King Air 200 fleet from our Air Ambulance base in New Brunswick. 🧭 Your mission

Make a difference on every launch. As our King Air 200 First Officer, you will help deliver time-critical patient transport with precision, professionalism, and care.

  • Support the Captain across all phases of flight to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
  • Perform thorough pre-flight planning, performance and weight-and-balance calculations, and fuel management.
  • Operate and monitor aircraft systems and avionics, and manage checklists and SOPs to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with dispatch and medical teams to align flight profiles with mission requirements and timelines.
  • Execute IFR operations day and night in varied weather and airport environments within Canadian airspace.
  • Champion safety culture through disciplined CRM, adherence to the SMS, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in initial and recurrent training; maintain currency and records in accordance with CARs.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 500 hours
  • Multi-engine: 100 hours
  • License: IATRA (TCCA)
  • Medical: Class 2
  • ICAO English: Level 4
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work a flexible rotation schedule.
  • Willing to commute to or relocate to New Brunswick.
  • No type rating required — training provided (NTR).

🌟 Preferred assets

  • Previous Garmin G1000 and/or EFIS experience.
  • Demonstrated strength in IFR operations and crew coordination.
