🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot‑in‑Command on King Air operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.
- Plan and execute flights including performance calculations, weight and balance, fuel planning, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
- Adhere to the CARs, company SOPs, and SMS practices; complete all required reports and documentation.
- Lead by example, fostering strong Crew Resource Management and a just culture.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, maintenance, and customers to deliver on-time, professional service.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and coordinate aircraft readiness with maintenance.
- Adapt to changing operational requirements while maintaining sound judgment and decision-making.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 2,000 hours
- License: Valid ATPL (TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
🧾 Additional requirements
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a RAIC.
- Current passport at time of hire and ability to travel freely to the United States.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) completed.
- Meets Transport Canada English proficiency standard.
- Flexibility to work all shifts; able to adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.

🎓 Training provided
You do not need a King Air type rating to apply. Comprehensive initial and recurrent training will be provided, including aircraft systems, SOPs, performance, and emergency procedures to ensure you’re fully prepared to operate as Captain.
🗓️ Schedule & operations
This is a dynamic flight operation. Expect variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by operations. Flexibility and reliability are essential.
