🧭 Your Mission
Lead King Air flights as Pilot‑in‑Command, ensuring safe, compliant, and on‑time operations. You will exercise sound judgment in dynamic environments, provide strong leadership on the flight deck, and collaborate closely with operations and maintenance to deliver a seamless experience.
- Serve as PIC on King Air operations, upholding company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Own preflight planning: performance, weather, NOTAMs, fuel, weight and balance, and risk assessment.
- Apply effective threat and error management and sound decision‑making in all phases of flight.
- Champion clear cockpit communications and strong CRM with crew, ops, and clients.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation and reports.
- Adapt to changing schedules and operational needs across all shifts.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2000 hours total flight time.
- Valid TCCA-issued ATPL and current Class 1 medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 4; meets Transport Canada English proficiency standard.
- Able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
- Holds a current passport at time of hire; able to travel to the United States without restrictions.
- High school diploma completed.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills; effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
- Type rating not required — structured King Air training provided.
