Lead the line at the pointy end of a proven workhorse. We are seeking a disciplined, safety-focused Captain to operate the King Air (BE30), champion SOPs, and mentor crews in a dynamic environment. Non-Type Rated pilots are welcome — we will invest in your BE30 type rating and set you up for long-term success.
Applicants without a current BE30 type rating will receive training; a Training Bond Agreement is required unless you already hold a current BE30 rating.
🧭 About the role
As Captain on the King Air (BE30), you will own the operation from brief to block-in — leading the crew, making sound, timely decisions, and delivering a smooth, safe experience every time. Your professionalism, checklist discipline, and attention to detail will set the tone in the flight deck and across the operation.
- Lead flight operations as Captain, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Plan and execute flights, including performance, weight and balance, fuel, alternates, terrain, and weather analysis.
- Exercise sound airmanship in challenging and mountainous environments.
- Foster a safety-first culture through active participation in SMS and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and clients; mentor and support crewmembers.
- Maintain accurate operational records and manage digital systems with strong attention to detail.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- Valid ATPL issued by TCCA.
- Valid Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Ability to obtain TSA clearance and approval for simulator training in the United States; ability to travel to the U.S. as required.
- No Transport Canada violations or suspensions.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Internet-based systems.
🧰 Preferred experience
- 3,000+ hours total fixed-wing time, including 1,000+ hours as PIC.
- 1,000+ hours multi-engine time, including 500+ hours as PIC.
- 100+ hours on type (BE30), including 50+ hours as PIC.
- 500+ hours of mountain flying experience.
- Current BE30 type rating.
