As a Captain on our King Air fleet, you’ll lead safe, efficient operations while navigating the unique challenges of northern flying. If you’re ready to bring sound judgment, strong airmanship, and a calm, client-focused presence to every sector, we’d love to meet you.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 1,600 hours
  • Turbine: 200 hours
  • License Required: ATPL
  • Accepted Licenses: TCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP Level: 4 or higher
  • Type Rating: Not required (Training Provided)
  • Additional Requirement: Availability for Chisasibi rotations

🌟 Preferred Assets

  • King Air 350 type rating
  • Northern and/or gravel strip experience

📚 Training & Onboarding

We welcome non–type-rated Captains. Comprehensive ground and simulator training are provided on our King Air operations, followed by line indoctrination with experienced training captains.

Note: Currency and recency will be assessed in line with company and regulatory standards.

🛫 What You’ll Do

  • Exercise command with a safety-first mindset, adhering to company SOPs and Canadian Aviation Regulations.
  • Plan and execute flights into northern environments, applying sound operational decision-making and risk management.
  • Deliver professional client and passenger service on every leg.
  • Contribute to a positive crew culture and mentor colleagues where appropriate.
