🧭 The Role

As Captain on the King Air, you will lead safe, professional multi-crew operations, uphold company SOPs and regulatory standards, and foster a strong safety culture while delivering reliable service.

  • Exercise Pilot-in-Command authority with sound judgement and effective CRM.
  • Plan and conduct IFR/VFR flights in compliance with TCCA regulations and company SOPs.
  • Champion SMS practices and continuous improvement in operational safety.
  • Mentor crew members and contribute to a collaborative, professional cockpit.

📋 Minimum Qualifications

  • 1,500+ hours total time.
  • Valid ATPL issued by TCCA.
  • Current Class 1 Medical.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency level 4 or higher.
  • Able to obtain required medical and Transport Canada security clearances.
  • Negative result on pre-employment drug and alcohol screening (provided at KBA expense; where possible on your first day).
  • Visa sponsorship not provided.
