🧭 Your mission
Command King Air operations to the highest professional standards, ensuring safe, compliant, and passenger-focused flights in a dynamic, multi-sector environment.
- Plan and execute IFR flights across Europe, applying robust decision-making and threat/error management.
- Lead the cockpit with strong CRM, SOP discipline, and a proactive safety mindset.
- Conduct thorough preflight preparation, performance calculations, and fuel planning.
- Manage all phases of flight with precision, from departure to arrival in varied weather and airspace.
- Uphold a positive, professional presence with clients and operational partners.
- Contribute to a just culture via reporting, debriefs, and continuous improvement.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Total Time: 700+ hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 400+ hours
- Multi-Engine: 250+ hours
- Turbine: 250+ hours
- IFR: Minimum 250 flight hours
- Licence: EASA CPL + IR + ME
- Medical: EASA Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Current King Air type rating with recent experience.
- Fluent Dutch and confident operational English.
- Residence within 60 minutes of Lelystad Airport (EHLE).
