🧭 Role overview
As Captain, you’ll set the standard for safety, airmanship, and customer service. You’ll manage all phases of flight, mentor crew, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements while operating in a dynamic environment that may include time-sensitive missions.
- Exercise PIC authority for King Air BE-200 (PL21) and C90 operations
- Conduct meticulous flight planning, performance calculations, and risk assessments
- Adhere to all FAA regulations and company SOPs with an uncompromising safety focus
- Coordinate effectively with dispatch/operations, maintenance, and ground teams
- Deliver smooth, professional customer interactions in time-critical scenarios
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total Time: 2,500 hours
- PIC: 1,000 hours
- In Type (King Air): 100 hours
- Multi-Engine: 500 hours
- License: ATP Qualified
- License Authority: FAA
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Required
- Additional: Must hold, or be able to attain, BE-200 PL21 and C-90 PIC Qualification
- Residency: Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, San Antonio, Texas
- Travel: Valid passport required

- Previous medevac and/or cargo experience
- Recent King Air time and currency
- Demonstrated CRM leadership and SMS participation
