🧭 What you’ll do
- Exercise Captaincy with sound judgement, leading safe, compliant operations of the King Air B200 in line with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and execute flights end-to-end: performance, fuel, weight and balance, weather, and NOTAM review; brief, monitor, and debrief to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion flight deck discipline and crew resource management across single-pilot and multi-crew contexts as applicable.
- Deliver a polished customer experience: clear communication, discretion, and calm service in all situations.
- Collaborate closely with operations and maintenance, ensuring aircraft status, documentation, and records are accurate and current.
- Model a proactive safety culture—identify hazards, file reports, and follow through on mitigations.

🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- PIC time: 400 hours
- Multi-engine: 40 hours
- IFR: 100 hours under IFR
- Type rating: Required
- Licence: UK CAA CPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 5
🔧 Preferred experience
- Turbine/turboprop experience.
- Type rating and operational experience on the King Air B200.
- Both SP and MP ratings on licence.
- Experience with Pro Line Fusion avionics.
