Hong Kong–Based Gulfstream G550/G650 Captain

✈️ Lead Long‑Range Corporate Missions as a Gulfstream Captain

TAG Aviation is seeking an accomplished Captain to operate our Gulfstream G550/G650 for corporate flight operations based in Hong Kong. You will take command of world‑class, ultra‑long‑range aircraft, delivering safe, efficient flights and a refined, client‑focused experience across regional and intercontinental missions.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Captain the G550/G650, ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and efficiency from preflight to shutdown.
  • Deliver discreet, exemplary customer service to VIP clients while representing TAG Aviation’s brand and values.
  • Perform thorough preflight planning: weather and NOTAM review, route selection, performance calculations, and weight & balance.
  • Conduct meticulous preflight inspections, system checks, and briefings with flight crew and ground teams.
  • Communicate clearly with ATC and ground personnel throughout all phases of flight.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, including flight, duty, technical logs, and fuel consumption.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and company SOPs, ensuring continuous adherence to safety management systems.
  • Exercise sound judgment under pressure and foster effective crew resource management.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Type Rating: Gulfstream G550 and/or G650 required.
  • License & Medical: Valid FAA ATP/ATPL (ATP Restricted acceptable) with First Class (Class One) Medical.
  • Total Time: Minimum 5,000 hours.
  • Jet PIC: Minimum 2,500 hours PIC on jet aircraft.
  • Gulfstream PIC: Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on Gulfstream.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; polished client service mindset.
  • Proven ability to make decisions and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to regulatory compliance and meticulous recordkeeping.
