🧭 Your mission

As First Officer, you will support the Captain in all phases of flight, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations. You’ll contribute to flight planning and performance calculations, lead thorough pre-flight and post-flight checks, and uphold SOPs, CRM, and safety management best practices. You’ll bring calm professionalism, clear communication, and a service-focused mindset to every sector.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1000 hours
  • Type rating: Not required — HA-420 training provided
  • Licence: UK CAA CPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO English Level 6
  • Right to work: Must hold an existing right to live and work (no visa sponsorship)

🌟 Preferred experience

  • Current or recent HA-420 type rating and time on type
  • Alternatively, strong experience on comparable light jets or high‑performance multi‑engine turboprops
  • Proven IFR competence, solid CRM, and polished cockpit discipline

Non type rated candidates with relevant backgrounds are actively encouraged to apply.

🎓 Training and development

Selected pilots will receive manufacturer-approved HA-420 type training and ongoing recurrent support. Expect structured SOPs, mentoring from experienced Captains, and continuous development designed to elevate your performance and readiness for future progression.

📋 What you’ll do

  • Execute flight duties in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in flight planning, performance, weight and balance, and weather/NOTAM reviews
  • Conduct precise pre-flight, turnaround, and post-flight inspections
  • Maintain exemplary airmanship, workload management, and professional communication
  • Support a safety-first culture through proactive reporting and SMS participation
  • Deliver a courteous, discreet, and service-led experience for all passengers
