✈️ Role overview

As Captain, you’ll lead safe, efficient and passenger‑focused operations on the HA‑420 HondaJet, setting the tone for exemplary decision‑making, CRM and service on every sector.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Exercise full command and operational control in line with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute flights including performance, fuel, weather and NOTAM analysis with robust risk management.
• Lead the crew, championing safety, CRM and a positive cockpit culture.
• Deliver a polished passenger experience while safeguarding compliance, safety and punctuality.
• Uphold aircraft and documentation standards through rigorous checklist discipline and pre/post‑flight duties.
• Engage in recurrent training, checking and continuous improvement initiatives.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 2,000 hours
• PIC time: 500 hours
• Turbine time: 500 hours
• Jet PIC time: 500 hours
• Licence: UK CAA CPL with IR
• Medical: Class 1
• English: ICAO ELP Level 6
• Type rating: Not required — HA‑420 training provided (NTR)
