As a First Officer on the Challenger 300/350, you’ll deliver Vista’s signature safety, reliability, and service across North America and beyond. This is a home-based position with a stable 15/13 roster, giving you the balance to thrive on and off duty.
- Operate CL300/350 aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
- Partner with the Captain to ensure exceptional safety, CRM, and passenger experience on every leg.
- Plan, brief, and execute domestic and international missions, adhering to ICAO standards.
- Maintain currency, readiness, and professional standards consistent with Vista’s global operation.
- ATP certificate (FAA); Challenger 300 type rating preferred (not required).
- Minimum 2,000 hours total fixed-wing time, including 750 hours PIC and 250 hours multi‑engine.
- Jet experience required.
- Current First Class Medical.
- No more than 2 checkride failures.
- Clean record: no accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions in the last 5 years.
- Meets ICAO Annex 1 2.1.10 requirements for international commercial air transport.
- Authorization to work in the United States and to travel to/from all cities and countries served without restrictions.
- Recency: 150 hours in the last 365 days and 30 hours in the last 90 days.
- Earnings: Competitive Year 1 base salary of $93,100 plus per diem, flight hour incentives, and retention bonuses.

This role requires an FAA ATP certificate. Candidates must meet ICAO standards for international operations; an ICAO ATPL background is welcomed where applicable.
