Vista America is hiring a home-based Captain to command a managed CL65 across the United States. This permanent, full-time flight-deck role blends Part 91 and Part 135 operations, reporting to the VP of Flight Operations. You’ll solve problems, act as a brand ambassador, and deliver iconic luxury service—backed by a global team that supports you every step of the way.

  • Base salary: $190,000 + per diem (from day one)

✈️ The Opportunity

As a Captain with Vista America, you’ll lead safe, efficient, and service-forward operations on a CL65, combining Part 91 and Part 135 flying. You’ll represent the Vista brand with poise, anticipate needs, and create a seamless, luxury experience for every passenger.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Command CL65 operations under Part 91/135 with unwavering safety, compliance, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Serve as PIC, exercising sound judgment, decisive leadership, and strong CRM across a variety of missions.
  • Act as a problem-solver and brand ambassador, elevating the onboard experience with iconic, luxury service.
  • Collaborate with a global support network to deliver punctual, polished, and professional operations.
  • Maintain immaculate standards of discretion, communication, and cabin/flight-deck etiquette.

🧰 What You Bring

  • License: ATP (Unrestricted); current First Class Medical.
  • Type: Typed and experienced on the CL65; 250 hours PIC in type preferred.
  • Total time: 4,000 hours fixed-wing; 2,000 hours PIC; 2,000 hours multi-engine.
  • IFR: 300 hours logged IFR.
  • Turbine/Part 91/135: 1,000 hours turbine Part 91/135 experience.
  • Recency: 150 hours in previous 365 days and 30 hours in previous 90 days.
  • Record: No more than 2 checkride failures; no accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions in the last 5 years.
  • Standards: Meets ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 for multi-crew international commercial air transport.
  • Travel: Authorized to travel to/from all cities and countries served by the Vista family of companies.
  • Work authorization: Authorization to work in the United States.
