Alerion Aviation, a boutique aircraft management company operating one of South Florida’s largest private fleets, is hiring accomplished Captains to join our Part 135/91 Hawker 800XP operation. If you’re safety-focused, service-driven, and thrive in command, we’d like to meet you.

Lead safe, polished Hawker 800XP missions across the U.S. and abroad as the Pilot in Command, delivering exceptional service to discerning clients. Join a tight-knit, high-performing team backed by a safety-first culture recognized with Platinum Elite status in private aviation.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Exercise PIC authority under Part 135/91, ensuring uncompromising safety and compliance.
- Plan and execute domestic and international flights, including performance, W&B, weather, and route analysis.
- Uphold SOPs, SMS, and all FAA regulations and company policies.
- Lead effective crew resource management and deliver a refined passenger experience.
- Coordinate with dispatch and maintenance; verify aircraft airworthiness and documentation.
- Represent Alerion Aviation with professionalism, discretion, and a client-first mindset.
🧰 What you bring
- Valid FAA ATP and current First Class Medical.
- Minimum 4,000 total time; 3,000 PIC (all aircraft); 3,000 multi-engine; 2,000 PIC multi-engine; 300 instrument hours.
- Strong international flying experience; oceanic procedures experience preferred.
- Type rating on HS‑125 or comparable aircraft preferred.
- Clean record: no accidents, incidents, or FAA violations within the last 5 years.
- Valid passport (no travel restrictions) and valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Fluent English skills (read, write, speak, understand).
- Live within a 2‑hour driving radius of KPBI.
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug test and TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
