Hawker 800 Series First Officer — Type Rating Provided (Opa-locka, FL)

  • Medical: Class 1
  • Travel: Domestic and international operations

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the PIC to plan and execute safe, efficient flights across domestic and international routes.
  • Perform thorough preflight and postflight inspections, systems checks, and accurate weight-and-balance/performance computations.
  • Configure and manage avionics/FMS, brief departures and approaches, and fly precision and non‑precision procedures to instrument standards.
  • Apply disciplined CRM, company SOPs, and checklist usage on every leg.
  • Continuously assess weather, NOTAMs, and operational risks; adapt plans while maintaining compliance and passenger comfort.
  • Maintain training currency, records, and a proactive safety reporting mindset.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 2,000 hours
  • PIC time: 500 hours
  • Multi-engine PIC: 100 hours
  • Multi-engine: 1,500 hours
  • Instrument: 150 hours
  • License: FAA ATP
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)

🛡️ Additional Requirements

  • Passport: Valid, with ability to travel internationally without restrictions
  • Driver’s License: Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Record: No accidents, incidents, or FAA violations within the last 5 years
  • Commute: Reside within a 2‑hour driving radius of Opa‑locka, FL (OPF)
  • Drug Test: Pass a DOT pre‑employment drug test
  • Background Check: Pass a TSA fingerprint‑based criminal history records check in compliance with TSA Security Program Standards and 49 CFR 1544.229 and 49 CFR 1544.230

🌍 Preferred Qualifications

  • International operating experience
  • Type rating on HS 125 or comparable aircraft
