Partouche Air Group is seeking a safety-focused, professional Hawker 800 Second in Command to join our team in Van Nuys, California. As SIC, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, smooth, and discreet operations while elevating the passenger experience on every flight.

🧭 The Mission

Serve as Hawker 800 SIC and ensure every flight is conducted to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism. You will collaborate closely with the Captain to execute flight planning, manage cockpit resources, and deliver an exceptional experience to our passengers.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Assist the PIC with comprehensive preflight planning, including weather, performance, weight and balance, fuel, NOTAMs, and routing.
  • Execute accurate aircraft setup, FMS programming, checklist discipline, and SOP adherence.
  • Ensure strict compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures throughout all phases of flight.
  • Practice exemplary crew resource management (CRM), threat and error management, and clear ATC communication.
  • Uphold client service standards with discretion, professionalism, and proactive cabin coordination.
  • Support post-flight tasks, documentation, aircraft care, and discrepancy reporting.
  • Maintain readiness for on-call operations, including irregular hours, weekends, holidays, and overnights as needed.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • Jet Time: 200 hours
  • License: FAA ATP
  • Medical: Class 1 (First Class)
  • Type Rating: Not required; training provided (NTR)
  • Availability: Must be able to work on an on-call basis

🧭 Preferred Background

  • Experience in the Hawker 800.
  • Typed and current in the Hawker 800.
  • Previous Part 135 experience.
