Hawker 800/800XP Captain

🧭 Your mission

As Captain, you will lead every phase of flight on the Hawker 800/800XP, upholding a safety-first mindset and a calm, professional cockpit. You will make sound operational decisions, mentor the SIC, and ensure seamless, customer-focused journeys.

• Serve as PIC, owning flight safety, risk management, and final authority.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel strategy, and weather/NOTAM reviews.
• Coordinate with crew and maintenance to assure aircraft readiness and compliant documentation.
• Execute precise departures, enroute procedures, and approaches in diverse environments and conditions.
• Uphold regulatory compliance, company SOPs, and outstanding passenger service.
• Maintain currency, training proficiency, and meticulous record-keeping.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

• Total time: 3,500 hours
• PIC time: 500 hours
• Multi-engine: 500 hours
• Flight time notes: 500 hours MEL–PIC
• Type rating: Required — Hawker 800 family
• License required: ATP
• Open to license holders: FAA

🌟 Preferred profile

• Time in type: 250 hours preferred (Hawker 800/800XP)
• Recent Hawker 800 series currency and training history.
• Strong CRM, leadership, and passenger care skills.
• Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive safety culture.
