Lead the flight deck as PIC on our Hawker 400XP, flying approximately 600 hours per year under Part 91 and Part 135. You’ll join a tight-knit three-person crew in a permanent role where safety, professionalism, and exceptional service come first. Non‑type‑rated candidates are welcome—type training is provided.
✈️ Your mission
As Captain and Pilot in Command, you will ensure safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations of the Hawker 400XP across Part 91 and 135 missions.
- Lead all phases of flight: planning, preflight, departures, enroute, arrivals, and postflight.
- Execute accurate weight and balance, performance, fuel, and weather analysis.
- Adhere to company SOPs, checklists, and CFR requirements for Part 91/135.
- Demonstrate exemplary crew resource management within a three-person crew model.
- Coordinate with dispatch/operations and maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness and schedule reliability.
- Maintain currency, proficiency, and training standards for the Hawker 400XP.
- Deliver a polished, professional passenger experience while protecting safety and security at all times.
🧭 Minimum requirements
- License Required: ATP issued by the FAA
- Medical: Current First-Class
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Travel Documents: Valid passport
- Radio Authorization: FCC Radio Station License
- Background: Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and have a favorable PRIA
- Proximity: Live within, or be willing to relocate to within, a 2-hour drive of LUK
- Accepted Licenses: FAA
- NTR: Non-type-rated candidates welcome; training provided on the Hawker 400XP
🌟 Preferred
- Current or previous BE400XP type rating, or the ability to obtain it promptly.
