🧭 The Opportunity

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations on intercontinental routes, balancing the nuance of private owner flying with the pace of charter. You will collaborate closely with your crew and scheduling team to deliver seamless departures, on-time arrivals, and a consistently elevated cabin experience.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as PIC on worldwide missions under FAR Part 91 and Part 135.
  • Plan and execute domestic and international flights, including weather/NOTAM review, performance, weight and balance, fuel, alternates, and route selection.
  • Ensure strict compliance with FAA, ICAO, and applicable international operating regulations.
  • Lead effective CRM, briefings, and standard procedures with a strong safety and service mindset.
  • Coordinate with dispatch/ops, maintenance, and ground service partners to keep missions on schedule and guests informed.
  • Complete thorough preflight and postflight documentation and uphold meticulous aircraft care and presentation.
  • Represent the flight department with professionalism, discretion, and excellent communication.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,500 hours
  • PIC: 750 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 1,000 hours
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: First Class
  • Passport: Valid, with unrestricted international travel capability
  • Working knowledge of all FAR Part 91 and Part 135 requirements.
  • Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations.
  • Team-first attitude with strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency with word processing, iPad/EFB, email, and web/mobile applications.
  • Type Rating: Not required; training provided for the selected candidate.

💼 Preferred Background

  • Large-cabin aircraft experience.
  • International operational experience.
  • Part 135 experience.
  • GV type rating preferred; will also consider highly qualified Captains with large-cabin international experience.

📚 Training & Professional Standards

  • Company-provided GV type rating training for qualified hires.
  • Participate in all required initial and recurrent training and checking to maintain currency and proficiency.
  • Maintain current knowledge of global procedures, airspace, and regulatory changes impacting international operations.
