🧭 The Mission
As the Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and polished operations across domestic and international missions, including travel to and from Canada. You will set the tone for professionalism on the flight deck, deliver an exceptional client experience, and uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance and airmanship.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Command GIV-series aircraft under Part 135 and Part 91, ensuring uncompromising safety and compliance with all FARs and company SOPs.
- Plan and execute flights end-to-end: performance, W&B, weather, fuel, alternates, and international procedures.
- Lead the crew with strong CRM, mentoring the SIC and coordinating closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground handling.
- Deliver a premium passenger experience with discretion, attention to detail, and proactive communication.
- Maintain qualifications, currency, and accurate records for audits and inspections.
🌟 What You Bring
- Current and valid Gulfstream IV series type rating.
- Valid passport.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted travel to/from Canada as a commercial pilot.
- Meets ICAO Annex I – 2.1.10 requirements for international commercial air transport operations requiring more than one pilot.
- Professionalism, leadership, and client-focused communication skills.
- Flexibility to support operational needs across varied trip profiles.
- Background & Drug Screen required for hire.
📏 Minimum Flight Experience
- Total Time: 3,500 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 2,000 hours
- Multi-Engine: 3,000 hours
- Multi-Engine PIC: 1,500 hours
✅ Certifications & Clearances
- License: FAA ATP (open to FAA license holders)
- Medical: First-Class (Class 1)
- Type Rating: Gulfstream IV series required
- Passport: Valid, unrestricted
- CANPASS: Eligible to obtain and maintain
- ICAO: Annex I – 2.1.10 compliant
- Background/Drug Screen: Required
