✈️ The Opportunity

Talon Air has operated for 25+ years and runs a high‑performing, safety‑focused Part 135 operation with global reach. Most pilots are home‑based and commute by airline to/from the aircraft. You’ll fly international large‑cabin missions, represent the brand with polish, and have real pathways into check airman and leadership roles. Pilots are not locked into one seat or type unless they want to be.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Conduct safe, efficient domestic and international operations under 14 CFR Part 91 and Part 135.
  • Deliver an exceptional owner and passenger experience while representing Talon Air professionally.
  • Maintain strong crew coordination; perform all duties with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy.
  • Greet passengers, assist with seating and luggage, deliver comprehensive briefings, and respond to requests.
  • Adhere to company procedures manuals and all applicable regulations (FAA, ICAO, international ops).
  • Maintain a current FAA First Class Medical and promptly report any condition that could affect flight duties.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of safe, on‑time operations.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Certificates: ATP (Unrestricted); FAA First Class Medical; valid passport.
  • Experience: 3,500+ TT, 1,000+ multi‑engine, 750+ PIC.
  • Preferred: Large‑cabin international experience; Part 135 experience; GV type rating.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of FAR Parts 135 and 91; thorough understanding of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking ability; excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication; proficient with iPads, word processing, email, and web/mobile apps.
  • Team Fit: A collaborative, customer‑focused Captain who thrives in a high‑performance team environment.
