✈️ The Opportunity

As our GIV Series First Officer, you’ll partner with the Captain to execute safe, efficient, and polished operations across a dynamic schedule. You’ll represent the flight department with professionalism, anticipate passenger needs, and adapt smoothly to changing priorities.

  • Support the PIC in all phases of flight, from planning and performance to execution and debrief.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, weather/NOTAM review, fuel and weight & balance calculations.
  • Adhere to company SOPs and industry best practices, maintaining the highest safety and customer service standards.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with crew, dispatch, maintenance, and client representatives.
  • Uphold immaculate cockpit discipline, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

🧭 What You’ll Bring

  • Total time: 2,500 hours
  • Multi-engine: 1,000 hours
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)
  • License Required: FAA CPL, IR, ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • CANPASS: Ability to obtain and maintain authorization for unrestricted commercial travel to/from Canada
  • Strong customer service skills and a polished, professional communication style with clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional attention to detail; highly organized with the ability to thrive amid changing priorities.
  • Excellent time management; comfortable on-call, working under pressure, and multi-tasking as needed.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays (24/7 operation).
  • Proven team player with strong people skills and a collaborative mindset.

🧰 Preferred Experience

  • Total turbine time: 500 hours (preferred)
  • Previous Part 135 experience

🌟 Training, Standards & Compliance

  • NTR role — full type training provided on the Gulfstream GIV series.
  • Maintain regulatory currency and adhere to company SOPs and safety management practices.
  • Exemplify professional conduct and client-focused service on every trip.

🕒 Schedule & Readiness

  • Operate on an on-call basis with frequently changing priorities.
  • Support a 24/7 flight schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform consistently under pressure while maintaining safety, service, and attention to detail.
