Step into an exciting and rewarding role as a Captain on our Gulfstream G800 fleet, leading safe, precise operations and delivering world-class service. Reporting directly to the Director of Flight Operations, you’ll be part of an elite team at the forefront of flight safety and operational excellence, creating exceptional experiences for our clients on every mission.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end flight operations on the G800 with uncompromising attention to safety, compliance, and service.
- Plan and execute domestic and international missions, including performance calculations, fuel planning, and route optimization.
- Exercise strong crew leadership and CRM, mentoring and coordinating with flight and cabin teams.
- Uphold and exceed company SOPs, regulatory standards, and best practices across all phases of flight.
- Navigate adverse weather and complex airspace with sound judgment and calm, decisive command.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, communicating clearly with clients, crew, and operational stakeholders.
- Maintain currency and proficiency through recurrent training, checks, and continuous improvement.

- Strong, current knowledge of aircraft systems, aviation regulations, and safety protocols.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience in large-cabin corporate aircraft operations.
- Demonstrated success in international operations and adverse weather conditions.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 5,000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 1,000 hours
- Type rating: Required for Gulfstream G800
- Flight experience: Large-cabin corporate aircraft; international flying; adverse weather operations
🎓 Licenses, medical & language
- License required: ATP / ATPL
- Accepted authorities: EASA, FAA, UK CAA
- Medical: Class 1
- Language proficiency: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
