✈️ Role at a glance
The Pilot in Command reports to the Chief Pilot on company operating policies and procedures and holds final authority for the safe, efficient conduct of assigned flights. This role requires impeccable judgment, leadership, and a quality-driven mindset across all phases of flight.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Exercise full PIC authority for all assigned flights, ensuring safety, security, and quality at every stage.
- Plan, brief, and execute worldwide missions, including performance, fuel, route, and alternates planning.
- Make sound go/no-go decisions through proactive weather, risk, and operational assessments.
- Lead a professional, collaborative cockpit using CRM and SOPs to deliver a smooth, precise operation.
- Coordinate with maintenance, scheduling, and ground teams to ensure aircraft readiness and on-time performance.
- Deliver an exceptional, discreet passenger experience with a pleasant, helpful manner.
- Maintain rigorous compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Complete required reports and logs accurately; support audits, training, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain currency and proficiency on the G650; champion safety and quality initiatives.
- Remain mission-ready: arrive and be ready for takeoff within 3.5 hours while on assigned or standby duty.
- Handle all information with integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

- Total Time: 5,000 hours
- PIC Time: 2,000 hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
- Turbine: 1,500 hours
- Jet: 1,500 hours
- Night: 100 hours
- Instrument (Actual/Sim): 75 hours
- Corporate Aviation Experience: 5 years
- Type Rating: Required – Gulfstream G650
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Standby Readiness: Able to arrive and be ready for takeoff within 3.5 hours while on assigned or standby duty
