✈️ Overview

In this captaincy, you’ll seamlessly shift between precision aviator and polished host, ensuring every flight is as exceptional as it is safe. You’ll help lead a dedicated team, set the tone for service excellence, and support a managed-aircraft client with flexible, on-demand travel.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Command G650 missions under Part 91 with uncompromising safety, judgment, and professionalism.
• Deliver a concierge-level passenger experience—anticipating needs, communicating clearly, and personalizing service.
• Lead by example: mentor fellow pilots, support standardization, and champion a collaborative cockpit culture.
• Own the full flight arc: planning, performance, weather, fuel, and risk assessments through to post-flight follow up.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the cabin server to curate a refined, end-to-end in-flight experience.
• Maintain aircraft readiness, documentation accuracy, and adherence to company procedures.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total Time: 3,000 hours
• PIC Time: 1,500 hours
• License: ATP (FAA)
• Medical: First Class
• Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR welcome)
• Residency: Live within 2 hours of KDAL (Dallas, TX)
• Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
• Accepted Licenses: FAA

• Dallas Love Field home base supporting a managed-aircraft client.
• On-demand, Part 91 schedule with approximately 400 flight hours annually.
• Operate within a seasoned team of three pilots and one cabin server.
