Join a tight-knit crew of three pilots and one cabin server delivering safe, technically precise operations and concierge-level service on an on-demand Part 91 schedule.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Command the G650 with unwavering commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and SOP discipline.
  • Deliver a seamless, concierge-level passenger experience from preflight to arrival.
  • Conduct thorough trip briefings and coordinate with FBOs, vendors, and ground services.
  • Oversee cabin readiness, including catering, baggage handling, and in-flight service details.
  • Collaborate closely with the pilot team and cabin server to ensure timely, efficient departures and arrivals.
  • Mentor and support the pilot team, fostering a high-performance, service-forward culture.
  • Represent Corporate Wings professionally with clients, FBO personnel, and all stakeholders.

🧰 What you bring

  • Residence: Within two hours of KDAL (Dallas Love Field).
  • Certificates: FAA ATP (Unrestricted) and current First Class Medical.
  • Flight Time: Minimum 3,000 total hours, including 1,500 hours as PIC.
  • Type Rating: Gulfstream 650 type rating.
  • Maintenance Credential: FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license (as listed by the employer).
  • Operational Knowledge: Working knowledge of FARs Parts 91, 91K, and 135; ICAO rules; and other international regulations.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work variable day/night hours on weekdays, weekends, and holidays; manage rest to remain flight-ready throughout tours.
  • Service Presence: Neat, well-groomed, and service-oriented with excellent passenger interaction skills.
  • Decision-Making: Quick, accurate judgment with meticulous attention to technical and passenger-service details.
  • Travel: Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide as required.
