Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Falcon 2000LXS Captain based at KSLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this client-facing command role, you will ensure the safe, prudent, and compliant operation of the aircraft while delivering an exceptional travel experience rooted in Solairus’ culture of safety, service, and integrity.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as Captain of the Falcon 2000LXS, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism on every flight.
  • Review aircraft maintenance status and verify airworthiness prior to departure.
  • Complete AFM-approved preflight inspections and performance planning.
  • Analyze weather, NOTAMs, route facilities, departures/arrivals, and alternates; file and brief accordingly.
  • Operate strictly in accordance with Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers while safeguarding aircraft and crew at all times.
  • Accurately complete and submit all trip documentation and operational records.
  • Maintain currency in international procedures per annual ICAO training requirements.
  • Support on-call operations and mission readiness as scheduled.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Falcon 2000LXS (or comparable) type rating.
  • FAA First-Class Medical.
  • Availability for on-call operations.
  • Primary residence within a two-hour drive of KSLC or willingness to relocate.

⏱️ Minimum Flight Experience

  • Total Time: 3,000+ hours
  • PIC: 1,500+ hours
  • Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1,500+ hours
  • MEL PIC: 500+ hours
  • Turbojet: 500+ hours
  • Instrument: 250+ hours
