You’ll lead safe, smooth, and passenger-focused operations while collaborating closely with dispatch, maintenance, and cabin teams. No current G600 type rating? No problem — training is provided for the right NTR candidate.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Command G600 flights with unwavering commitment to safety, compliance, and professionalism.
  • Plan and execute missions end-to-end: performance, fuel, routing, weather, and alternates.
  • Exercise sound judgment and leadership in dynamic environments and changing schedules.
  • Champion SOPs, CRM, risk management, and a just culture across the flight department.
  • Ensure an exceptional passenger experience: punctuality, discretion, and concierge-level service.
  • Partner with maintenance for airworthiness, defects, MELs, and post-flight reporting.
  • Maintain currency, training, and company standards; contribute to continuous improvement.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • FAA ATP and Class 1 medical.
  • At least 2 years of corporate aviation experience (PIC or SIC) with proven professionalism.
  • No G600 type rating required — training provided for qualified candidates.
  • Strong CRM, decision-making, and customer-service mindset.
  • High integrity, discretion, and a team-first attitude.
  • Flexibility for changing plans; able to support periods of long duty days when needed.

  • Base: Live within 1 hour of KCLT (Charlotte, NC area).
