✈️ About the Role
Join a high-performance corporate flight team as Captain on the cutting-edge Gulfstream G600. You’ll lead safe, smooth, and passenger-focused operations while collaborating closely with dispatch, maintenance, and cabin teams. No current G600 type rating? No problem — training is provided for the right NTR candidate.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Command G600 flights with unwavering commitment to safety, compliance, and professionalism.
- Plan and execute missions end-to-end: performance, fuel, routing, weather, and alternates.
- Exercise sound judgment and leadership in dynamic environments and changing schedules.
- Champion SOPs, CRM, risk management, and a just culture across the flight department.
- Ensure an exceptional passenger experience: punctuality, discretion, and concierge-level service.
- Partner with maintenance for airworthiness, defects, MELs, and post-flight reporting.
- Maintain currency, training, and company standards; contribute to continuous improvement.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- FAA ATP and Class 1 medical.
- At least 2 years of corporate aviation experience (PIC or SIC) with proven professionalism.
- No G600 type rating required — training provided for qualified candidates.
- Strong CRM, decision-making, and customer-service mindset.
- High integrity, discretion, and a team-first attitude.
- Flexibility for changing plans; able to support periods of long duty days when needed.
🌍 Location & Schedule
- Base: Live within 1 hour of KCLT (Charlotte, NC area).
- Workload: This role periodically requires long hours and a willingness to work hard to meet team goals.
