Join a premier flight department as a Captain on our Gulfstream G500/G650 fleet. This permanent position is primarily based at Detroit Metropolitan (DTW), with occasional operations out of Waterford, MI, depending on the last flight of the assigned aircraft. Type rating not required—training provided.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Captain Gulfstream G500/G650 missions with a strong safety-first mindset and professional airmanship.
- Operate primarily from DTW with flexibility to launch from Waterford, MI when operationally required.
- Plan and execute domestic and international flights, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
- Lead effective crew resource management and deliver a polished, discreet cabin experience for passengers.
- Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and flight operations to optimize aircraft readiness and trip reliability.
- Adapt to dynamic schedules and evolving trip profiles while maintaining exceptional standards.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 4,000+ hours
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
- Residency: Must reside within 2 hours of DTW
- Schedule: Proven ability to manage a changing work schedule

- G550 experience.
- International experience on large-cabin Gulfstream aircraft.
