Executive Jet Management (EJM) is expanding our managed fleet and welcoming an exceptionally maintained G450 based at KCXO. Join a tight-knit, two-pilot team operating under Part 135 across North America and the Caribbean, with the occasional hop across the Atlantic. 🧭 What You’ll Do

• Serve as Pilot in Command on the Gulfstream G450 for domestic and international operations.
• Deliver a refined, client-focused experience while upholding uncompromising safety and SOP compliance.
• Plan and execute flights: performance, fuel, weather, international clearances, and crew coordination.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure dispatch reliability and aircraft readiness.
• Maintain currency, training, and records to Part 135 standards, including international procedures.
• Represent EJM’s professionalism on retail charter and owner missions (~300 hours/year).

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

• Total Time: 3,500 hours
• PIC: 2,000 hours
• Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
• Jet: 500 hours
• Instrument: 300 hours
• Certificate: ATP — FAA
• Medical: First Class
• Part 135: Prior Part 135 experience required
• Type Rating: Not required — training provided
• Experience (if non-typed): Substantial time in Large-Cabin Gulfstreams with extensive international flying experience
• Location: Must reside in Houston area or within a 3-hour drive of Conroe (Austin and DFW considered)

🌟 Preferred

• Current/previous G450/GV/G550 type rating strongly preferred
• Strong international operations background (oceanic/ETOPS, customs/permits, international procedures)
• Demonstrated owner/charter customer service excellence

📍 Location & Lifestyle

This is an on-site, non-commutable role based at KCXO. For mission readiness and team cohesion, pilots must reside locally in the Houston area or within a practical driving radius (up to 3 hours). Candidates in Austin and the Dallas–Fort Worth area are encouraged to apply.
