🧰 What You’ll Do
- Operate as Pilot in Command on the G200, upholding uncompromising standards of safety, compliance, and guest experience.
- Own all phases of flight: route planning, performance and weight/balance, weather and NOTAM review, fuel planning, and risk analysis.
- Lead disciplined CRM, fostering a professional, communicative, and collaborative cockpit.
- Comply with FAA regulations, company manuals, and industry best practices at all times.
- Manage irregular operations—diversions, deicing, evolving client needs—with calm, informed decision-making.
- Maintain currency and training; keep meticulous records; support audits and continuous improvement.
- Represent the company with poise when interfacing with clients, vendors, and FBOs, protecting confidentiality and service quality.

🧭 Minimum Flight Requirements
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
- Jet: 1,000 hours
- Type Rating: Not required (Training Provided)
- License: ATP — FAA only
- Medical: First Class
📈 Preferred Experience
- Time in Type: 500 hours in the G200 or similar midsize jet preferred
- Previous Part 135 experience strongly preferred
📍 Location & Relocation
Operations are based at Richmond Executive–Chesterfield County Airport (KFCI). To meet call-out and operational readiness requirements, you must reside within a one-hour commute or be prepared to relocate.
