Gulfstream G200 Captain – Part 135/91 Operations
✈️ About the Role
Step into the left seat as a Gulfstream G200 Captain and lead safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations across Part 135 and Part 91 missions. You’ll partner closely with a high-performing crew, uphold the highest regulatory standards, and deliver a premium travel experience on every flight.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Serve as PIC on the Gulfstream G200 for domestic and international trips under Part 135/91.
- Own end-to-end flight planning: performance, weight & balance, fuel, alternates, NOTAMs, weather, and route optimization.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with FAR Part 135 and Part 91, and applicable FAA/ICAO rules for international operations.
- Lead effective CRM with the SIC, dispatch, maintenance, and ground handling to deliver safe, on-time operations.
- Deliver elevated passenger care with discretion, professionalism, and a solution-first mindset.
- Maintain accurate aircraft, regulatory, and training records; champion SOPs and best practices on every leg.
- Leverage EFB/iPad and web-based tools for charts, flight plans, performance, and documentation.
🧰 What You Bring
- Current G200 type rating and recent experience preferred on type.
- Deep working knowledge of FAR Part 135 and Part 91.
- Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations.
- Valid passport; able to travel internationally as required.
- Team-first mindset; proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-tempo flight department.
- Strong organizational skills with advanced multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills.
- Comfort with technology: word processing, iPad/EFB, email, and web/mobile applications.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- PIC: 750 hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,000 hours
- Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours
- Instrument: 150 hours
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Required – Gulfstream G200
- Open To: FAA license holders
📈 Preferred
- At least 1 year of Part 135 experience.
🛡️ Readiness & Compliance
- Background and drug screen required for hire.
- Maintains qualifications, currency, and training in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
