Wynn Resorts / Las Vegas Jet is seeking an exceptional Pilot in Command to join our world-class team. ✈️ What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on Gulfstream GVI/GVII/GVIII aircraft, ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and guest experience.
- Plan, brief, and execute global missions, including oceanic and long-range operations, in compliance with FAA Part 91 and company SOPs.
- Lead a high-performing crew: model excellent CRM, mentor the SIC, and champion a just-culture safety mindset.
- Conduct comprehensive flight planning: performance, weight and balance, fuel/ETP strategy, international handling, slots/permits, and customs/immigration coordination.
- Operate to exacting standards in RNP, RVSM, and oceanic airspace; maintain currency in international procedures.
- Represent the Wynn brand with discretion and exceptional service, safeguarding privacy and confidentiality at all times.

🧭 Schedule, base & travel
- Base: Las Vegas, Nevada
- Schedule: Set schedule with advance planning; flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays as mission needs dictate
- Missions: Domestic and international, long-range global operations to premier destinations
🌟 Minimum qualifications
- License: ATP (Accepted License: FAA)
- Medical: First Class (Class 1)
- Type Rating: Required — Gulfstream GVI and/or GVII and/or GVIII
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,000 hours
- Turbine: 1,000 hours (including 1,000+ multi-engine turbine)
- Additional Requirement: Radiotelegraph Operators Permit
- Location: Reside in or be willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV
- Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
🌟 Preferred experience
- 500+ hours Gulfstream PIC international experience
- Strong knowledge of international procedures, oceanic operations, and high-level airspace
- Proven leadership, CRM excellence, and guest-focused mindset
