Wynn Resorts / Las Vegas Jet is seeking an exceptional Pilot in Command to join our world-class Part 91 aviation team.   • Fleet: Gulfstream G650ER, G550; brand-new Gulfstream G700 arriving November 2025
  • Schedule: Set, predictable schedule

✈️ The Opportunity

As Pilot in Command, you’ll lead safe, efficient, and polished operations across domestic and international routes. You’ll partner with a highly experienced team, uphold Wynn’s gold-standard service culture, and operate impeccably maintained aircraft in a private, owner-focused environment.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as PIC on Gulfstream intercontinental and domestic missions, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
  • Plan and execute flights including performance, fuel, weight and balance, routing, alternates, and international/oceanic procedures.
  • Deliver a refined, discreet, and guest-centric experience aligned with Wynn Resorts’ luxury brand.
  • Lead and mentor crew members; coordinate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground partners.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, currency, and training in accordance with company SOPs and FAA requirements.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 1,000 hours
  • Turbine: 1,000 hours
  • Experience: 1,000+ multi-engine turbine hours
  • Type Rating: Current Gulfstream GVI and/or GVII and/or GVIII
  • License: FAA ATP
  • Medical: FAA First-Class
  • Radio Permit: Radiotelegraph Operators Permit (FCC)
  • Location: Reside in or be willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not provided

🌟 Preferred Experience

  • 500+ hours Gulfstream PIC international experience
  • Recent time on G650ER, G550, and/or next-gen GVII/GVIII platforms
  • Strong VVIP service mindset and polished communication skills
