✈️ Role overview
As Captain, you will lead all phases of flight operations—preflight planning through postflight debrief—while setting the standard for safety, professionalism, and customer care. You will work closely with crew, scheduling, and maintenance to deliver smooth, on-time journeys across a variety of international destinations.
🧭 Key responsibilities
- Command Gulfstream mid- to large-cabin aircraft with uncompromising safety and sound judgment.
- Plan and execute international trips, including performance, fuel, weather, and routing considerations.
- Lead effective CRM, mentor the SIC, and foster a collaborative, high-performing cockpit culture.
- Ensure strict adherence to company manuals, SOPs, and regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with scheduling, ground handlers, and maintenance to optimize aircraft readiness and on-time performance.
- Protect client confidentiality while delivering a polished, passenger-focused service experience.
- Maintain currency, recurrent training, and proactive participation in safety and SMS programs.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 3000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 1000 hours
- Multi-engine jet: 1000 hours
- Type rating: Required
- Type rating scope: Mid-size or Large Cabin aircraft
- License required: ATP
- Accepted licenses: FAA
- Medical: Class 1
- Travel readiness: Valid passport and ability to travel worldwide without restrictions
🌟 Preferred qualifications
- Preferred type ratings: Gulfstream G280 or G650
- Experience: International flight crew experience
