✈️ Beechcraft 1900 Captain — Direct Entry
Step into the left seat of a proven regional workhorse. We’re hiring a Beechcraft 1900 Captain for permanent, direct entry operations, with full type training provided for the right aviator.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Lead safe, efficient Beechcraft 1900 operations in multi-crew, IFR environments across regional routes.
- Exercise sound Captaincy: flight planning, weather/NOTAM review, fuel and weight/balance, SOP and regulatory compliance.
- Coach and collaborate with your First Officer and crew to maintain a just culture and high performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing on-time performance in dynamic operating conditions.
- Complete accurate operational reports, tech logs, and safety reports.
- Support a flexible schedule with travel, weekend, and evening operations as required.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 2,500 hours
- PIC time: 500 hours
- Multi-engine: 500 hours
- Turbine: 1,000 hours
- Multi-pilot: 1,000 hours
- IFR/multi-crew turbine: 1,000 hours
- License: ATPL (TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Graduate of an Aviation College degree or diploma program.
- Eligible to obtain a RAIC.
- Able to travel to the United States and obtain TSA approval for simulator training.
- Comfortable with manual dexterity tasks using desktop computers and peripherals.
- Willing and able to travel; weekend and evening work is required.
- Type rating not required — full training provided.
🌟 Preferred experience
- Current BE02 PPC.
- BE02 type rating.
- Northern/gravel strip operational experience.
- Two-crew, multi-engine turbine experience.
🎓 Training and progression
We provide a comprehensive Beechcraft 1900 program, including ground school, full‑motion simulator training (subject to TSA approval), and line indoctrination. You’ll join a safety‑first, SOP‑driven operation with ongoing recurrent training and professional development.
🧾 Compliance and work authorization
- Accepted licenses: TCCA.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency: Level 4 or higher.
- Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must have the right to work where the role is based.
