Join Bombardier’s Global Series team in Dorval as a Customer Liaison Pilot. In this pivotal role, you’ll connect operators with our technical experts, champion operational standards, support production flight test and demo operations, and provide pilot expertise on internal and customer missions worldwide.
✈️ What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Global series operators on operational and pilot-related technical questions.
- Act as Bombardier’s Operational Focal for the Global series, ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams.
- Define, refine, and promote Bombardier Operational Standards and contribute to associated publications and documentation.
- Provide pilot support for internal operational flights, production flight tests, demonstrations, and customer missions.
- Offer direct operational expertise to engineering, technical services, flight operations, and customer support departments.
- Participate in operational evaluations, safety initiatives, customer-satisfaction projects, and Global Series Advisory Committee meetings.
🌟 What you bring
- Licensing: Current ATP from the FAA and ATPL from Transport Canada; valid Class 1 Medical.
- Total time: Minimum 2,500 hours multi-crew flight time.
- Type experience: Flight experience on Bombardier Global platform aircraft.
- Operational background: Corporate or airline pilot experience.
- International exposure: Experience in international operations and modern, high-technology cockpit environments (preferred).
- Instructional leadership: Service as Training Captain or Examiner (preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Communication: Strong English communication skills; French is an asset.
- Travel-ready: Valid passport.
