Join a high-performance flight department operating the cutting-edge Bombardier Global 8000. As Captain, you’ll lead safe, efficient, and customer-centric international missions while setting the standard for professionalism and operational excellence.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Command Global 8000 operations worldwide, ensuring uncompromising safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
  • Lead flight planning, fuel strategy, ETOPS/long-range considerations, navigation, and performance calculations.
  • Champion SOPs, CRM, threat and error management, and a just culture across all phases of flight.
  • Deliver a polished, discreet, and service-forward passenger experience in a VVIP environment.
  • Make sound decisions under pressure while adapting to dynamic schedules, weather, and international regulatory environments.
  • Mentor and collaborate with crew and ground partners to drive a seamless, premium operation end to end.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 6,000 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 2,000 hours
  • Jet time: 500 hours
  • License required: ATPL
  • Accepted licenses: TCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • International experience: Demonstrated long-range/international operations
  • Command experience: Proven track record as a highly experienced Captain
  • Customer focus: Strong customer service orientation in premium/business aviation
  • Performance under pressure: Ability to operate effectively in time-critical scenarios
  • Travel: Willing and able to travel without restriction

🌟 Preferred qualifications

  • Type rating: Global 8000/Global series type rating preferred
  • Airframe familiarity: Prior Global 8000 experience is a strong asset

🎓 Training & onboarding

  • NTR welcome: Type rating not required; comprehensive Global 8000 training provided
  • Standards: Robust initial and recurrent training in SOPs, CRM, and safety management

🌍 Compliance & eligibility

  • Applicants must meet ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada.
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided
