🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Flight operations: Support the PIC to safely execute domestic and international missions in accordance with company SOPs and Part 135/91 regulations.
  • Preparation: Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance, and weight-and-balance calculations; complete meticulous pre/post-flight inspections.
  • Coordination: Liaise with dispatch, maintenance, and FBOs to ensure on-time, efficient operations.
  • Customer experience: Deliver a refined, discreet service to owners and charter clients.
  • Standards: Maintain currency, recurrent training, and an unwavering safety culture.

🧭 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total time: 2,000 hours
  • PIC time: 500 hours
  • Multi-engine: 1,500 hours
  • Multi-engine PIC: 100 hours
  • Instrument: 150 hours
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: First Class
  • Passport: Valid, with ability to travel internationally without restrictions
  • Driver’s license: Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Record: No accidents, incidents, or FAA violations within the last 5 years
  • Residence: Live within a 2-hour driving radius of ORL
  • Drug test: Pass DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Background check: Pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check (49 CFR 1544.229 and 49 CFR 1544.230)
  • Work authorization: Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not provided
