🧭 The Mission

Bring essential people and supplies to remote communities, fishing lodges, and outpost camps across Canada’s North. You’ll operate from water to wilderness, honing classic bush skills while delivering safe, reliable service in dynamic environments.

🧰 What You’ll Do

Captain the DHC‑2 Beaver on floats for passenger and cargo charters under VFR.
Plan and execute flights, including performance, weather, route, and fuel decisions.
Perform water operations: docking, beaching, loading, mooring, and securing cargo.
Complete thorough preflight/postflight inspections and accurate paperwork.
Deliver warm, professional customer service at every interaction.
Collaborate with dispatch, dock crew, and maintenance to keep the operation smooth and safe.
Uphold company SOPs and a strong safety culture in varied northern conditions.

📋 Minimum Qualifications

Licence: TCCA CPL with Float Rating
Medical: Class 1
Experience: Minimum PIC 500 hours
Float Time: Minimum 200 hours on floats; DHC‑2 time an asset
English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4+
Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
Work Authorization: Visa sponsorship not provided
