🧰 The Opportunity
As a First Officer on our turboprop fleet, you’ll fly varied missions across challenging northern environments, gaining broadened experience and mentorship on types including the Dash 8 and Metros. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, safety-first operation that values professionalism, teamwork, and customer care.
- Operate as First Officer on scheduled, charter, and medevac flights in accordance with SOPs and CARs.
- Assist with flight planning, performance calculations, weather/NOTAM review, and weight & balance.
- Execute high standards of airmanship, CRM, and threat/error management in diverse operational conditions.
- Support on-time performance, customer service, and irregular operations handling.
- Participate in recurrent training, checking, and continuous improvement of our safety culture.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Total flight time: 500 hours minimum.
- License: Transport Canada CPL with Instrument Rating (TCCA).
- Medical: Class 1.
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Type rating: Not required — training provided.
🧰 Additional Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Canadian citizenship or unrestricted legal ability to work in Canada (visa sponsorship not provided).
- Ability to obtain and maintain applicable transportation security clearances and any additional authorizations.
- Child Abuse Registry check and Criminal Record check.
- Valid passport and valid driver’s license.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable aviation regulations.
- Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset.
