First Officer – Turboprop Fleet (Dash 8, Metros & Merlin)

🧰 The Opportunity

As a First Officer on our turboprop fleet, you’ll fly varied missions across challenging northern environments, gaining broadened experience and mentorship on types including the Dash 8 and Metros. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, safety-first operation that values professionalism, teamwork, and customer care.

• Operate as First Officer on scheduled, charter, and medevac flights in accordance with SOPs and CARs.
• Assist with flight planning, performance calculations, weather/NOTAM review, and weight & balance.
• Execute high standards of airmanship, CRM, and threat/error management in diverse operational conditions.
• Support on-time performance, customer service, and irregular operations handling.
• Participate in recurrent training, checking, and continuous improvement of our safety culture.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

• Total flight time: 500 hours minimum.
• License: Transport Canada CPL with Instrument Rating (TCCA).
• Medical: Class 1.
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Type rating: Not required — training provided.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Canadian citizenship or unrestricted legal ability to work in Canada (visa sponsorship not provided).
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable transportation security clearances and any additional authorizations.
• Child Abuse Registry check and Criminal Record check.
• Valid passport and valid driver’s license.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable aviation regulations.
• Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset.
