🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Second-in-Command, ensuring safe, efficient flight operations in accordance with SOPs and applicable regulations.
- Participate in flight planning, performance and weight-and-balance calculations, weather and NOTAM review.
- Execute all normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with strong CRM and adherence to checklists.
- Maintain high standards of airmanship, threat and error management, and safety reporting.
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience while representing the operation with integrity.
- Support continuous improvement through training, briefings, and debriefings.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Valid ATPL or IATRA (Canada) and eligibility to operate as First Officer on multi-crew aircraft.
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Strong communication, situational awareness, and crew resource management skills.
- Commitment to safety, SOP discipline, and continuous learning.
- Willingness to complete company-provided type training and recurrent checking.
Applicants must hold Transport Canada credentials (TCCA). Visa sponsorship is not available.
