🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Second-in-Command, ensuring safe, efficient flight operations in accordance with SOPs and applicable regulations.
  • Participate in flight planning, performance and weight-and-balance calculations, weather and NOTAM review.
  • Execute all normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with strong CRM and adherence to checklists.
  • Maintain high standards of airmanship, threat and error management, and safety reporting.
  • Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience while representing the operation with integrity.
  • Support continuous improvement through training, briefings, and debriefings.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Valid ATPL or IATRA (Canada) and eligibility to operate as First Officer on multi-crew aircraft.
  • Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • Strong communication, situational awareness, and crew resource management skills.
  • Commitment to safety, SOP discipline, and continuous learning.
  • Willingness to complete company-provided type training and recurrent checking.

Applicants must hold Transport Canada credentials (TCCA). Visa sponsorship is not available.
