🧭 About the role

As a First Officer, you will support the Captain across all phases of flight on various multi‑engine turboprop aircraft in our fleet. You will operate within a professional, SOP‑driven environment, ensuring safety, precision, and exceptional service on every leg.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Execute preflight planning, performance and weight‑and‑balance, fuel and alternates, weather and NOTAM analysis.
  • Monitor and manage aircraft systems; maintain checklist discipline and strong CRM.
  • Handle ATC communications with an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
  • Operate to company SOPs and applicable regulations with an unwavering safety mindset.
  • Deliver professional passenger and client care, representing the brand on and off the flight line.
  • Complete training, recurrent events, and maintain instrument currency, including IPC requirements.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 500 hours
  • PIC Time: 350 hours
  • Multi‑Engine: 25 hours
  • Cross‑Country: 300 hours (point to point)
  • Night: 100 hours
  • Instrument: 75 hours (50 in aircraft)
  • Currency: IPC within past 6 months
  • Licenses: CFI, CPL, IR, MEFAA only
  • Medical: Class 2
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)

🌟 Preferred

  • 300 hours dual given (strongly preferred).

📜 Certifications and compliance

  • Valid passport; no restrictions on international travel.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.; able to travel unrestricted in and out of the U.S.
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
  • Meets airport badging requirements, including a TSA security background check.
  • Valid driver’s license; insurable per company criteria.
