🧭 What You Will Do
- Support the Captain in all phases of flight with meticulous preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
- Operate to SOPs, checklists, and company manuals, maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Execute precise IFR navigation and approaches, leveraging modern avionics and a disciplined scan.
- Communicate clearly with ATC and crew in English and Russian, ensuring shared situational awareness.
- Champion safety and CRM, proactively identifying and managing threats and errors.
- Adapt across various aircraft types within the fleet as training and operational needs progress.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Valid ICAO CPL with IR and ME.
- Current Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 4.
- Proficiency in English and Russian.
- Eligible and motivated to complete company-provided type rating and line training.
