✈️ First Officer Opportunity — Seniority-Based Fleet Assignment
Join a permanent flight deck role where your fleet is assigned by seniority. This is a non–type-rated entry (training provided) for EASA licence holders who are ready to thrive in a high-performance, safety-first, bilingual environment.
🧭 The Role
As First Officer, you will operate commercial flights to the highest professional standards, working within robust SOPs, strong CRM, and a just culture. Your fleet assignment will follow company seniority rules, with opportunities to bid and progress as your seniority grows.
🧰 What You'll Do
- Execute safe, efficient line operations under EASA and company procedures.
- Deliver disciplined preflight planning, fuel and performance calculations, and threat/error management.
- Maintain high standards in normal/abnormal procedures, checklist discipline, and stabilized approaches.
- Communicate effectively in French and English in ATC and crew contexts.
- Champion safety reporting, continuous improvement, and high training standards.
🌟 Minimum Requirements
- Licences: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT.
- Medical: EASA Class 1.
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR).
- Language: Fluency in French. If French is not your first language, you must hold FCL 055 Level 6 in French.
- English: ICAO ELP Level 5.
- Right to work: Visa sponsorship is not provided; you must have the legal right to live and work at the base.
- Training record: No previous failure in HOP!, Air France, or Transavia training programs, and able to successfully complete such training if required.

Comprehensive type rating and recurrent training are provided. Your career progression, including fleet opportunities and eventual command eligibility, will follow a transparent seniority system.
