🧭 Role overview

As a First Officer, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations. You will prepare and monitor flight plans, manage systems and performance, communicate effectively with ATC, and apply SOPs and checklist discipline throughout all phases of flight. Professionalism, teamwork, and a safety-first mindset are essential. Aircraft type will be assigned based on seniority.

🧰 Training & eligibility

  • Non-type rated candidates are welcome; comprehensive type rating and line training will be provided upon selection.
  • French language: Fluency required. If French is not your first language, you must hold FCL 055 Level 6 in French.
  • Training history: No previous training failures with HOP!, Air France, or Transavia.

📄 Minimum requirements

  • Valid EASA Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT.
  • Current Class 1 Medical.
  • ICAO ELP Level 5.
  • Eligible to live and work without visa sponsorship.
