🧰 What you’ll do

  • Operate as First Officer on ERJ 135/145 flights, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism.
  • Execute precise flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and thorough preflight inspections.
  • Apply exceptional Crew Resource Management (CRM) to support the Captain and collaborate with Dispatch, Maintenance, ATC, and Ground Operations.
  • Deliver a positive, customer‑oriented experience with polished communication and a calm, solutions‑focused approach.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency; adhere to all company SOPs and applicable regulations.
  • Contribute to a strong safety culture by following OSHA, EPA, state, and federal guidelines.

🌟 What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 500 total flight hours (1,000 preferred); minimum 25 multi‑engine hours (100 preferred).
  • Commercial Pilot License (Multi‑Engine Land) with Instrument Airplane rating.
  • Current First‑Class Medical Certificate (verification at interview).
  • Fluent in English with English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE); Spanish a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; valid passport.
  • At least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills; polished, customer‑centric demeanor.
  • Composed under pressure; able to work in fast‑paced, dynamic operations.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; able to live within 120 minutes of the assigned base during duty periods.

  • Pass a 10‑year work history review, criminal history records check, reference check, and national driver’s record check.
  • No excessive check ride failures; no previous aviation‑related accidents or incidents.
  • Pass DOT‑required pre‑employment drug screen and FAA/Company random drug and alcohol testing.
  • Commitment to safe work practices in accordance with OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations.
