  • Schedule: Flexible roster including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Employment: Full-time
  • Compensation: Starting salary $36,000 + trip incentive pay potential

  • Minimums: 500 total hours (750 preferred); 25 multi-engine (50 preferred)
  • License/Medical: CPL Multi-Engine Land with Instrument; current First-Class Medical

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate the ERJ 135/145 safely and efficiently in Part 135 on-demand service, upholding Contour’s safety and service standards.
  • Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and all required briefings.
  • Apply strong CRM, sound judgment, and adherence to company procedures and FAA regulations.
  • Deliver professional, customer-centric service in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Maintain meticulous records, reports, and documentation as required.
  • Be roster-flexible, including nights, weekends, holidays, and varying duty periods.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • At least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Current First-Class Medical.
  • Commercial Multi-Engine Land with Instrument rating; English Proficiency Endorsement.
  • Minimum 500 total flight hours (750 preferred) and 25 multi-engine hours (50 preferred).
  • Current passport; authorized to work in the United States; able to travel internationally.
  • Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
  • Clean 10-year employment verification; successful criminal history, reference, and national driver’s record checks.
  • No excessive check ride failures; no previous aviation-related accidents or incidents.
  • Pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and comply with FAA/Company random drug and alcohol testing.
  • Professional demeanor, polished interpersonal skills, and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
  • Strong leadership, organization, attention to detail, and team-player mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to lift 75 lbs routinely; able to perform under pressure and tight timelines.
  • Willing and able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules.
  • Residence within 120 minutes of dispatch call during assigned duty period.
